The Journal began in 1997 and is the longest continuous source of information on ERW and Mine Action in the world. Also, CISR produces To Walk the Earth in Safety, the United States' government's report on Conventional Weapons Destruction, for the U.S. Department of States Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement.
