Copyright Indemnification Clause

Authors agree not to transfer copyright to their work to any third party post-acceptance for publication in JMU Scholarly Commons, and agree to indemnify James Madison University, their employees, agents and representatives, from any losses arising from any third party's claim against James Madison University or others listed on the basis of copyright infringement.
