JMU President Jonathan Alger and Arsim Bajrami, Kosovo’s minister of education, science and technology, signed the memorandum of understanding during a ceremony Sept. 15 (2015) at Madison. A JMU News article about this was published on November 16, 2015 and then updated on October 20, 2016.
