The School of Media Arts and Design's television studio in Harrison Hall has been named for Alison Parker ('12), an alumna of the school who, along with cameraman Adam Ward, was shot and killed last year during a live interview for the Roanoke, Virginia, CBS affiliate WDBJ-7.
