Head here to join: https://tinyurl.com/y84skdpu JMU's Institute for Constructive Advocacy and Dialogue hosts weekly noon to 1PM Thursday small group dialogues as a follow up to the Madison Center for Civic Engagement's Town Hall events on Ending Systemic Racism held Wednesday evenings at 7 PM. This week the theme is Rethinking Policing & Building Community Trust: https://www.facebook.com/events/601256990773572/ You can find out about all of their events here: https://www.facebook.com/pg/jmucivic/events These Conversation Cafe style dialogues use Zoom to create a space for participants to share ideas and perspectives and discuss actions and next steps with a focus on equity, listening to understand, and asking questions with curiosity. All are welcome and do not need to have attended the Wednesday evening event. Zoom links will be provided in this space on Thursday morning. For now, dialogues are facilitated in English.
