Description

We, as part of James Madison University, interact with hundreds, if not thousands of people every day. Our campus buildings house offices, classrooms, dorms, dining areas and more. With such a vast number of people and buildings, we need to keep safety in the forefront of our minds. In this workshop series, we intend to put emergency preparedness and safety on automatic to keep all of our JMU community safe. This six-month long series will be capped at 15 participants who are willing to volunteer and take an active role as a "Safety Champion" within your building. Each participant who attends all six 3-hour workshops, will receive a certificate of completion.
