Description
The Central Shenandoah Youth Suicide Prevention Initiative is part of a statewide effort, coordinated by the Virginia Department of Health, to reduce risk for suicide among Virginia’s youth, ages 10-24. They work to increase statewide public awareness about youth suicide and youth suicide prevention, as well as help communities, schools, churches and youth service organizations to develop and implement comprehensive suicide prevention plans.
