According to Psychology Today, neurodiversity “refers to the idea that neurological differences, such as those seen in autism or ADHD, reflect normal variations in brain development.” As described in the Harvard Business Review in 2017, some companies are reforming their HR processes to better support neurodiverse employees and better access their talents.
