Description

Participants will study pedagogy, musical materials, choral conducting and musicianship/solfege. The workshop will begin Sunday evening, July 16. The class will meet 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for two weeks and conclude Saturday, July 29 at noon. The JMU course is endorsed by the Organization of American Kodaly Educators. New in 2017, options for pedagogy training include Elementary General/Vocal Track or Secondary Choral Track.
