Description
As an integral part of JMU, the member-driven Lifelong Learning Institute (JMU-LLI) promotes lifelong learning by providing affordable, not-for-credit, intellectual, cultural, and social experiences to enrich the lives of adults in the central Shenandoah Valley. Join our members in their passion to live life to the fullest. While there is no age restriction to our activities, most classes meet during the weekdays, once a week for two hours for five weeks. We offer a wide variety of classes – history, art, music, current events, religion, science, literature, languages, hobbies and many others. Classes meet at a variety of locations across Rockingham County. There are no tests or grades, just the love of learning.
