Description

ICAD is an umbrella entity within JMU's School of Communication Studies. Its goal is to bridge the gap between the university community and the world outside the university through outreach, community service, research and scholarship centered on productive communication processes and efforts. The most public face of ICAD is the Campus Community Civic Collaborative (4C).
