Description

JMU's Institute for Constructive Advocacy and Dialogue (ICAD) sponsors and facilitates projects in the community. Past projects include community dialogues regarding topics like "Students as Neighbors" in the Harrisonburg area, the state's role in defining marriage and access to healthcare. They also hold an annual Bike Walk Summit as a way to gain support and funding for biking/walking infrastructure in the community.
