This study seeks to add to the body of literature about the impact of team building on employee motivation and engagement. The researcher will survey James Madison University Student Affairs University Planning (SAUP) staff and compare the responses of offices that implement team building exercises and those that do not. The researcher will then conduct follow-up interviews with offices that implement team building exercises.
