James Madison University is pleased to present Engagement for the Public Good — a conference for faculty, administrators, engagement professionals, students, and community members. Collaborate with peers and share strategies, research, and best practices relating to civic learning and partnering with communities on and off campus. Join us at Hotel Madison and Shenandoah Valley Conference Center for exciting keynote speakers, multiple learning tracks, and abundant networking opportunities.

Who Should Submit a Proposal:

We seek presenters from all stakeholder groups involved in the important work of civic and community engagement. Along with faculty, engagement professionals, administrators and staff, we encourage presentations from undergraduate and graduate students as well as community members. Presentations given in collaboration with a community partner are strongly encouraged.

All proposals must be submitted by - March 13, 2020

Special conference rates will be available for students and community members.
