The Engagement Scholarship Consortium supports and encourages excellence in engaged scholarship through its awards and recognitions programs. The ESC Excellence Awards Program recognizes higher education institutions and their exemplary contributions to scholarship and practice of engaged scholarship. Focused on excellence in engaged scholarship, ESC will hold its first Excellence Awards Program during the 2018 Annual Conference (Minneapolis, MN). A key priority of ESC 20/20 – Vision. Focus. Impact., the Excellence Awards Program provides institutional recognition in four categories: Student, Faculty, Community Partner, and Institutional Leadership. All higher education institutions (2- and 4-year, public and private) are eligible to submit nominations. Institutional award recipients will receive a cash award (up to $3,000), certificate, two registration fee waivers for the 2018 ESC Annual Conference, and will be invited to participate in an Excellence Award Recipients Panel Presentation during the conference.
