Engaging Team Roles During COVID-19: Cultivating Compassion, Understanding, and Action
Sponsoring Organization
Campus Compact
Detail
COVID-19 has drastically shifted how we live our lives, engage in community work, and engage each other. It is an uncertain time for all of us, but it can also serve as a time to re-group and identify what you and your teams need to be successful. Join us for an interactive, multi-region workshop to understand the diversity of roles we play during COVID-19 and communicate our needs to our stakeholders. In the course of these two days, the Campus Compact team will guide you through a framework and engage participants in reflection exercises to help you:
- See yourself as a whole person and where you can influence.
- Understand how your strengths align and support your CBL work post-COVID-19
- Developing a personal action plan for communicating personal and team needs
