Can the additional price tag of a premium level digital hearing aid be reflected in objective electroacoustic characteristics when compared to a mid-level hearing aid from the same manufacturer? This poster presents comparative data on noise reduction ability of mid and premium level hearing aids from four manufacturers. The findings of this study will contribute to the scarce independent literature evaluating currently available hearing aid technology.
