Handheld Standoff Mine Detection System (HSTAMIDS) Operational Field Evaluation in Cambodia
Abstract
The objectives of introducing HSTAMIDS to the humanitarian demining community include: demonstrated performance of HSTAMIDS to demining organizations, train demining organizations' deminers in proper use and operation of HSTAMIDS, assessed performance after limited experience and training, and tested worldwide against a comprehensive global mine threat.
