Abstract
The primary and secondary causes of this accident are listed as Unavoidable because it is possible that the Victim was working to his SOPs at the time of the accident (excavation accidents do occur even when working correctly). The fact that his injuries only resulted in lower leg injury imply that he was squatting to excavate and that his visor was worn correctly
