Abstract

Artificial intelligence has drastically grown over the past decade and will likely be an integral part of our daily lives in the next 10 years. Russia, China, and Iran are developing and implementing artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. Many are tracking developments in AI but there is a lack of research on future possible adoptions and resulting consequences of the technology. Exploration of emerging AI trends and individual country studies on each actor allow for exploration of possible future adoptions of the technology and their impact on the US. This analysis helps the United States better understand the possible landscape that will result from future AI adoptions by Russia, China, and Iran.
