Abstract
The Peer Research Adviser's (PRAs) are student workers trained in business research to help support student teams working through a research intensive 12-credit core course which culminates in a viable business plan. In this session, we will go into detail about what the semester-long training program looks like for PRAs, including details about our hybrid model and how we encourage peer-to-peer training between graduating and new student workers. We will also cover what techniques we utilize to support our student workers, and the key takeaways and pitfalls we've learned through growing this program over seven successful years.
